WaterWalk International has announced plans to build 226 upscale residential units in the urban core. The project, named the Gateway Apartments, includes the construction of two new buildings located across the street from each other and located at a key entrance to downtown from Kellogg Avenue.

The first building will be located at the southwest corner of Main and Waterman Streets and will include 126 residential units and amenities such as a fitness center, a dog wash, a rooftop lounge and more. The second building will be located at the northeast corner of Main and Dewey Street and will include 100 residential units with access to all of the amenities. Plans include studios, one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom lofts. Rent prices will range from $900-$1,400 per month. Estimated completion is 2022.
