The Downtown Wichita Clean Team is designed to show community pride in Wichita’s most-visited neighborhood. The program focuses on keeping public spaces tidy and welcoming for residents, employees and visitors alike.

Clean Team members serve as community ambassadors, providing services like litter pickup, graffiti removal, sidewalk sweeping and general upkeep. Dressed in bright green shirts, they’re easy to spot as they move throughout the district, and they’re happy to help with directions and recommendations for downtown destinations.

This pilot program, made possible through the generous support of Fidelity Bank, will help guide long-term strategies for downtown maintenance.
