Downtown Wichita Clean Team
The Downtown Wichita Clean Team is on the front lines of keeping downtown Wichita clean, welcoming and vibrant. Clean Team Ambassadors help care for more than 100 blocks of Wichita, providing supplemental maintenance and hospitality services throughout the Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District (SSMID).
Through a visible daily presence, the Clean Team helps ensure downtown remains an inviting place to live, work and visit.

- Litter and debris removal.
- Weed control and sidewalk sweeping.
- Graffiti, handbill, sticker and poster removal.
- Special projects, including power washing and supplemental snow removal.
- Visitor assistance, including directions, maps and local recommendations.
