Join us for a nourishing outdoor yoga experience that invites you to move with intention and embrace the beauty of the present moment. This all-levels class blends gentle stretching with mindful breathing and personal alignment to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and at ease.
Led by Wichita native Kaylee Davis, a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor with over 400 hours of yoga and meditation training, this class emphasizes self-care, nervous system regulation through simple pranayama (breathing techniques), and a supportive environment where you can explore your own inner strength and resilience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you're welcome here.
· Please bring your own yoga mat
· In case of rain, class will be held indoors
