Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum offers their Senior Wednesdays on the 4th Wednesday of each month, January-October.
February's Topic: "Color Me Wichita" Documentary Screening presented by Sara and Charity Harmon.
Sara and Charity Harmon are sisters, artists, and award-winning filmmakers. In Color Me Wichita they spotlight Gary Pendergrass, creator of an outdoor museum called Steampunk Village. Inspired by Gary's work, the sisters attempt to create a piece of art in a steampunk-ish style and present it to him.
Doors open at 9:30am
Non-Member Admission Fee $2 (Annual Memberships available starting at $25- Learn more at: Memberships)
Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Historical Museum (served prior to program).
Program starts at 10 a.m. in the DeVore Auditorium (2nd Floor) Tour to follow at 11 a.m.
