WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 7, 2026 – Downtown Wichita is thrilled to announce the winners of its second annual Window Wonderland competition, a celebration showcasing the creativity of downtown businesses and the strong sense of community in the heart of the city.

Congratulations to the 2025 Window Wonderland winners:
First Place: The Leprechaun’s Lab (630 E. Douglas Ave.)
Second Place: Wizard’s Alley (114 N. St. Francis Ave.)
Third Place: Left on Read (612 E. Douglas Ave.)

Window Wonderland invited downtown businesses to transform their storefronts into eye-catching holiday displays, creating a vibrant, walkable experience for residents and visitors throughout the season.

The 2025 event marked significant growth, with a record 33 participating businesses, up from 20 in the inaugural competition. Community engagement also increased with 3,216 votes cast, building on last year’s strong turnout of more than 1,000 votes.

“The continued growth of Window Wonderland highlights the pride our businesses take in downtown and the enthusiasm our community has for supporting them,” said Downtown Wichita Executive Director Heather Schroeder. “It’s exciting to see this event quickly become a cherished holiday tradition.”
