Office space offers two key attributes to building a thriving downtown– density and daily activation. Project Downtown identified critical factors to successful downtown development, such as mixed-uses, ground-floor activation, connectivity and a range of office options that once addressed would increase demand for office space.

Since 2010, the Downtown Wichita organization has continued to work closely with public and private sector partners, developers and the real estate community to address these critical issues and establish downtown as the epicenter of employment.
