The Renfro is part of the East Douglas Avenue Historic District. It was built in 1908 and later became the Renfro Hotel. In 2012 it was redeveloped for urban living and renamed The Renfro. The Renfro offers urban living amenities, including live-work spaces for entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
