Broadway Autopark Apartments

Iconic development will add 44 new residential units and transform a unique parking garage in the heart of Downtown

The parking garage located at 303 S. Broadway will be transformed into Broadway Autopark Apartments, adding 44 new residential units to Downtown. Bokeh Development plans to preserve at least 85 percent of the structure, which was originally built in 1949.

The ground floor of the building will feature commercial space, and Apples and Arrows, a local strategic branding agency, has been announced as the first tenant. Building amenities include front door parking, high ceilings and large outdoor patios. Unit footprints start around 600 SF and rent from $800-$1,200 per month.
